The Mission of the Equipment and Procurement Division is to provide effective and efficient fleet management, as well as the purchasing of goods and services to support Department operations, and to do so in compliance with state and federal laws and Department policies.

If you already have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 5.0 or later on your computer, click on the Bidder Application link below and then type in your information on the application. After you are finished print the application, which will contain your filled-in information, and mail it to the address specified. You can also fax it to 501-569-2679 or scan the application to a PDF file and email it to EPD@ardot.gov.
