The Local Project Administration Section’s responsibility is the administration of the Department’s Partnering Program, Surface Transportation Block Grant Program (STBGP) Attributable Program, Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Attributable Program, Intersection Improvement Program, Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), Recreational Trails Program (RTP), and Arkansas Commercial Truck Safety and Education Program (ACTSEP).
