Weekend Lane Closures on Interstate 430 Arkansas River Bridge Allow for Construction of Improvements

PULASKI COUNTY (5-13) – Construction of improvements for the I-430 Arkansas River Bridge will need weekend lane closures, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting, crews will put closures into place from Cantrell Road (Highway 10) to Crystal Hill Road (Highway 100) as follows:

  • Daily 6am – Noon | Sat. May 15 & Sun. May 16 | outside & middle southbound lanes
  • Continuous from 6am Sat. May 15 – Noon Sun. May 16 | outside northbound lane

The southbound lane closures will allow for workers to place conduit on the west side of the bridge while the northbound lane closure will enable concrete placement.

Traffic will be controlled by traffic barricades and signage. Drivers should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information can be found at IDriveArkansas.com or ARDOT.gov. You can also follow us on Twitter @IDriveArkansas for traffic and @myARDOT for everything else.
