ADA Complaint/Grievance Procedure
In order to process a complaint, a formal complaint must be filed within 180 days of the occurrence of the alleged discriminatory act. Assistance is available upon request by contacting Civil Rights at (501) 569-2297.All complaints received by ARDOT ADA Coordinator will be retained for five years internally then electronically stored.

Once the form is completed, you can return the form to: Arkansas Department of Transportation Civil Rights Division Attn: Joanna P. McFadden, Civil Rights Officer (ADA/504 Coordinator) 10324 Interstate 30 Little Rock, AR 72209 Within 15 calendar days after receipt of the complaint, the department’s ADA Coordinator or their designee will meet or communicate with the complainant. The ADA Coordinator or their designee will respond in writing or in an alternative format accessible to the complainant. This response will explain the position of the department and offer options for substantive resolution of the complaint.
