The following projects will be advertised by the local agency shown in the notice.

City of Pine Bluff – Grant St. Multi-Use Trail

The City of Pine Bluff is accepting sealed bids for construction of Grant Street Multi-Use Trail until 11:00 a.m. (Local Times) on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Pine Bluff City Hall, 200 East 8th Ave., Pine Bluff, AR at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

City of Searcy – Pedestrian Improvements

The City of Searcy is accepting sealed bids for construction of Pededestrian Improvements, South Ella Street & North Poplar Street (ARDOT JOB 050470) until 10:00 a.m. on August 1, 2024 at the City of Searcy, 401 W. Arch Ave., Searcy, AR 72143, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Buffalo River Community Development Corp. – Bobcat Trail

Sealed bids for the Bobcat Trail, a multi-use trail., will be received at: the Buffalo River Community Development Corporation, 3262 South Highway 27, Marshall, AR 72650 until 2:00 o’clock P.M. (Prevailing Local Time) on the 19th day of August, at the office of the Buffalo River Community Development Corporation, and at that time will be publicly opened and read. Arkansas Game and Fish Commission – Forrest Wood Crowley’s Ridge Nature Center Trail

Sealed bids shall be accepted by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission until 2:00 P.M. (Local Time) Thursday, August 15th, 2024, at Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Field Office, 600B E Lawson Road, Craighead County, Arkansas 72404 and read aloud for the furnishing of all work required for the AGFC Forrest L. Wood Crowley’s Ridge Nature Center Trails Project. All in strict accordance with plans, specifications and contract drawings.

City of Hot Springs – Emory & Seventh St. Sidewalks

The City of Hot Springs will accept sealed bids until Monday, August 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM C.T. – provide labor, materials, and install curb, gutter, sidewalks, etc. for Emory Street and Seventh Street sidewalks.  The complete bid packet is available online at http://arkansas.ionwave.net. Bidders must register at this site to submit bids electronically. This is the preferred method of submittal. Sealed paper responses to this invitation can also be submitted to the City of Hot Springs Purchasing Division, 324 Malvern Ave, 2nd Floor, Room 206, 71901, P.O. Box 6300, 71902, Hot Springs, AR.

City of Piggott – Sidewalk Improvements

Separate sealed bids for the Piggott Sidewalk Improvements – Connecting Piggott Ph. 2 (TAP-21) (S), to serve the City of Piggott will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall, until 10:00 A.M., on August 13, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
