ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY BY 10:00 A.M. AND 1:30 P.M.  BIDS WILL BE POSTED FOLLOWING THE DOWNLOADING OF BIDS.

Questions pertaining to projects during the advertisement period should be addressed to the Program Management Division at pmd@ardot.gov.  The deadline to submit a question is the Wednesday prior to the scheduled letting date.  A question submitted after the close of business on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled letting date may not receive a response.
