MISSISSIPPI COUNTY | August 11, 2023

Lane closures are scheduled on Interstate 55 near Blytheville Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., beginning Monday, August 14, and continuing for approximately six weeks.

Weather permitting, crews will begin asphalt resurfacing southbound and northbound lanes for approximately 7.6 miles near the Missouri state line, between mile markers 64 and 72.

One lane of traffic will always remain open in each direction.

Traffic will be controlled with the use of barrels, message boards, and signage.

Drivers are urged to use caution while traveling in the area.
