This list consists of those prime contractors who hold bidding documents for upcoming projects with ARDOT. This list will be posted three times.  The first posting will be three (3) weeks prior to the letting date and the final posting will be one (1) week prior to the letting date.  All bid request received after 12:00 p.m., on the posting date, will be placed on the next weeks Proposal Holders List. After the final posting, the contractor’s name will not appear on the public Proposal Holder List.
