The subject residential property is located in a cul-de-sac off of Cantrell Road in Little Rock. The subject property is a three story dwelling with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The total square footage is 4,490 SF on a 1.9 acre lot with an inground pool. The property has all city utilities available.

The sale is subject to approval by the Arkansas Highway Commission. The purchaser will be responsible for acquiring an appraisal with the signature of two licensed appraisers under A.C.A. § 27-67-322 to determine fair market value.
