About

The Administrative Section is responsible for the administrative functions of the Division such as maintaining and establishing the permanent record system, processing all payments made by the Division involving the right of way activities, preparing documents necessary for reimbursement of funds expended for the right of way, auditing right of way charges, coordinating and finalizing uniform policies and procedures as directed by the Division Head.  This Section is also responsible for the delivery of state warrants and securing signatures on deeds. Responsibilities also include property management functions consisting of the disposal of surplus real estate.
