The gross weight restriction on Highway 42 between Highway 149 near Three Forks and Highway 77 near Turrell has increased from 64,000 pounds to 80,000 pounds.
The increase in weight limit comes after the completion of roadway improvements by Arkansas Department of Transportation crews in District 1.
The change is effective as of today, January 10, 2022.
